MUTAKABBIR
Mutakabbir and SWAM, for three decades, has given time and energy to hundreds of community events. The purpose of all this time given to these civic duties is Mutakabbir's way of reaching those who can not got to him in his Martial Art Studios. To his credits, listed is a sampling of these Community Civic Events.
1989
Present The Street Patrol Program-developed the Street
Patrol Program which coordinated SWAM with the police
departments, stationhouse 103 and 113. Duties entail protecting
entrepreneur's properties, eliminating drug dealing in our
community and making our streets a safer place to live.
1986
Present Jr. High & High Schools Lectures-Giving
lectures to children in Jr. High and High Schools. Certain events
were accompanied with the SPECDA program. Lectures focus in the areas of drug abuse, crime and truancy. P.S. 40,

Junior High School and others.
